[Case Study] High-Temperature Water Transfer in a Cosmetics Factory's Raw Water Pit

Stable transfer is possible even at high temperatures of 80℃.

● The existing pump stops operating We received a consultation from a certain cosmetics manufacturing factory. The submersible pump currently in use is not designed for high temperatures, so it stops immediately after starting, making it difficult to transfer hot water. Therefore, we adopted the H2 JCV series, which allows for stable transfer even at high temperatures of 80°C. ● The burden on operators has been eliminated! Previously, every time the pump stopped operating, the managers had to wait for the temperature to drop or pull it up to check the situation, which was a significant burden. Since switching to the heat-resistant submersible pump JCV series, it has continued to operate stably even at high temperatures, resulting in a reduced burden on the operators.

【Delivery Example】JCV Type | High-Temperature Water Transfer from Drainage Intermediate Tank

Introducing a case study of the delivery of heat-resistant submersible pumps used in newly established drainage intermediate tanks.

We received an inquiry from a major cosmetics manufacturing plant regarding heat-resistant submersible pumps to be used in a newly established drainage intermediate tank. We also proposed a detachable device, and they adopted two units of "JCV-22-50." Additionally, since they requested water level control, we suggested a heat-resistant float, which was also accepted. They requested a short delivery time (two weeks after order), and upon inquiring about the situation, they mentioned, "Initially, we were proceeding with another company's product, but only the control panel's delivery was on schedule, and we just found out that the pump would not be delivered in time." Therefore, while our standard delivery time is one month after order, we shortened it to two weeks. We also provided advice on compatibility with other companies' control panels, and together with the timely delivery, we were able to meet their satisfaction. Customers considering heat-resistant submersible pumps are encouraged to contact us. [Case Study] JCV Type | High-Temperature Water Transfer of CIP Alkaline Cleaning Wastewater

The deciding factors are delivery time and price! Here we introduce a case study of a heat-resistant submersible pump made entirely of SUS316.

We received a request from a major food company looking for a "heat-resistant submersible pump" that can be used with hot water up to 70°C. They were also concerned about corrosion resistance to alkaline substances, as it would be used for draining CIP alkaline detergents and cleaning water, so we proposed a heat-resistant submersible pump made of SUS316. It was also the perfect size for their pit dimensions. When we asked what influenced their decision, they mentioned that our delivery time (one month) was shorter compared to other manufacturers, and we also had a price advantage. Our heat-resistant submersible pump has a "standard specification" that is heat-resistant, making it excellent in terms of speed and cost. [Case Study] - Delivery: Major food factory - Application: Used for draining CIP alkaline detergents and cleaning water - Model: JCV-15-50-S16-A × 1 unit *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Hot Water Transfer in Sake Brewing

High-temperature water disinfection with heat-resistant submersible pumps!

●I want to use the hot water from the Japanese kettle in a separate process. In the sake brewery, there is a vessel called "Koshiki," which is used for soaking rice and steaming it with steam generated from below. It plays an important role in the sake-making process. The Koshiki is placed on top of a Japanese kettle filled with boiling water for steaming. The hot water from that kettle can be reused in subsequent processes, but until now, the submersible pumps had a low heat resistance, often stopping during use. ●Heat-resistant submersible pumps are effective for hot water sterilization. By using the heat-resistant submersible pump JCV series, it has become easy to make effective use of hot water. (The photo above shows the JCV type heat-resistant submersible pump being placed into the Japanese kettle.) To avoid compromising the flavor, disinfection with detergents is not used, and in sake breweries where hot water sterilization is mainstream, the hot water from the Japanese kettle is used for hot water sterilization in various locations.

[Delivery Example] High-Temperature Water Transfer into Grease Trap

Before the neutralization treatment of boiler drainage! Case study of a heat-resistant submersible pump that can be installed in a small space.

A food factory in Saitama Prefecture has ordered neutralization treatment equipment for boiler drainage and wastewater treatment in the food manufacturing process. The JCVH-40-A was adopted for transferring to the neutralization tank. Since the temperature was up to 95°C, we selected the JCVH type submersible pump with a float for ease of use and heat resistance. The wastewater flows into a temporary grease trap, so it was necessary to transfer it from there to the neutralization tank. However, the JCVH type submersible pump is designed to be compact, allowing for easy installation without issues. Even when the water level is low, the float height can be finely adjusted, allowing for customizable ON-OFF range. Additionally, while the pH of the wastewater may lean towards acidic or alkaline, the JCVH is fully covered with epoxy coating, ensuring chemical resistance. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Food factory in Saitama Prefecture ■ Application: Transfer of boiler drainage flowing into the grease trap ■ Model: JCVH-40-A *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Delivery Case】Transportation of Hot Spring Drainage (High-Temperature Water)

Introducing examples of heat-resistant submersible pump deliveries that accommodate pit sizes and offer easy control!

This is an introduction to a case where a heat-resistant submersible pump "JCV-15-50-A" was delivered to a hot spring resource utilization facility in Tottori Prefecture. It is used to pump hot spring wastewater from the underground bath pit, and we proposed the JCV type with a float. The float of the heat-resistant submersible pump is, of course, heat-resistant, making it particularly useful in cases where there is no room to install electrodes in a narrow pit. Additionally, since the float is directly attached, control through a control panel is unnecessary. Automatic ON-OFF control according to the water level is possible while the power is on. [Case Details] ■ Delivery: Tottori Prefecture Hot Spring Resource Utilization Facility ■ Application: Transportation of hot spring (high-temperature water) ■ Model: Heat-resistant submersible pump "JCV-15-50-A (with heat-resistant float)" *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
